- Drop off your packages in Playa Venao at MPB Delivery point HERE every day of the week from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
- Pick up your packages in Panama City at MPB Delivery point HERE every day of the week except Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- No raw food and/or coolers are allowed.
- A physical ID must be presented when sending a package.
- Only a person presenting a physical ID, matching the information on the form can drop off packages.
- MPB Delivery assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any lost/stolen or damaged packages.
- Random police checkpoints are on the way so DO NOT send anything illegal.
- By sending this package you agree to take full responsibility for the package's content.
- "Documents" refers to an envelope of a legal size or smaller and up to 1.0 kg.
- "Small Package" refers to anything larger than "Documents" up to 0.033 Cubic Meter (a trolley-size package) weighing 10.0 kg max.
- "Large Package" refers to anything larger than "Small Package" up to 0.66 Cubic Meter (a suitcase-size package) weighing 20.0 kg max.
