IMPORTANT NOTES - READ CAREFULLY:

• We are proud of our continuously refreshed and new fleet of vehicles.
• This vehicle can fit up to 3 passengers with comfort, or 4 passengers a bit tight (depending on the amount of luggage). 
• This is NOT a confirmed order. We will review the date/time requested and get back to you within 1 business hour to confirm or decline (depending on vehicles availability).
• If we decline your order, you will get a full refund of your money right away. 
• Surfboards are included & will be stored on the roof racks (not water proof).
• Guardian/parent must provide a car seat for children under 4 years of age.
• If you delay your ride for more than 30 minutes, your ride will be cancelled and will be nonrefundable. 
• This ticked is nonrefundable. You can make changes to your reservation once, up to 24 hours before your departure time (subject to availability). 
• As much as we love them, we have a strict no pets policy. That includes emotional support and service animals.

Notes for the ferry to Isla Colon:

• The price does NOT include your boat ride to the island.
• We will make the reservation for you and you will be charged at the dock an fee of $10 per passenger. 
• An officer might ask you for your document so please have it handy. 
• You will be dropped off at the main doc of in Isla Colon where you can easily walk to most hotels and/or take a taxi boat to your desired island.
