IMPORTANT NOTES - READ CAREFULLY:

• We are proud of our continuously refreshed and new fleet of vehicles.
• This vehicle can fit up to 9 passengers.
• This is NOT a confirmed order. We will review the date/time requested and get back to you within 1 business hour to confirm or decline (depending on vehicles availability).
• If we decline your order, the money held for the reservation will be released and reflect on your account immediately. With certain banks it can take up to 10 business days. 
• Surfboards are included & will be stored on the roof racks (not water proof).
• Guardian/parent must provide a car seat for children under 4 years of age.
• If you delay your ride for more than 30 minutes, your ride will be cancelled and will be nonrefundable. 
• This ticked is non-changeable and nonrefundable.
• As much as we love them, we have a strict no pets policy. That includes emotional support and service animals.

Notes for the ferry ride to Isla Colon:

• We will make the reservation for you. 
• The ferry price is NOT included in the ride. They charge $12 per person
• An officer might ask you for your document so please have it handy. 
• You will arrive to the main doc of PanaBocas Express in Isla Colon where you can easily walk or take a taxi/water taxi to your final destination.
